Terms & Conditions AROWONEN

1. Definitions
AROWONEN: under the Chamber of Commerce no. 59532270.
AROWONEN INTERIOR DESIGN: under the Chamber no. 82276811

Client: the person with whom AROWONEN has entered into an agreement.
Parties: AROWONEN and client together.

2. Applicability of general terms and conditions
These conditions apply to all quotations, custom orders and products on behalf of AROWONEN.

3. Quotations
Offers made by AROWONEN are without obligation, unless explicitly stated otherwise. An offer or quotation is valid for a maximum of fourteen (14) days, unless another acceptance period is stated in the offer or quotation. If the client does not accept an offer or quotation within the applicable period, the offer or quotation shall lapse.

4. Acceptance
In the event of acceptance of an offer or quotation without obligation, AROWONEN reserves the right to withdraw the offer or quotation within three (3) days after receipt of the acceptance, without the client being able to derive any rights from this. Verbal acceptance by the client only commits AROWONEN after the client has confirmed this in writing (or electronically), unless the offer is immediately accepted.

5. Exchanges / Returns
We do not give money back on purchases in our shop.
Exchange is only possible if the following conditions are met.
Exchange is allowed within 7 days after purchase on presentation of the original proof of purchase.
The product can only be returned unused and in its original packaging or with the original (price) tags still attached.
Discounted items, custom made items / custom made items, textiles, Ghost-wood or other natural materials cannot be exchanged or returned.

6. Custom made
Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. We make no exceptions to this policy.
This policy also applies to custom orders that are paid for and confirmed electronically (online).

7. Applicable law and competent court
Any agreement between the parties shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law.
The Dutch court in the district where AROWONEN has its registered office / practice / keeps office shall have exclusive jurisdiction to take cognizance of any disputes between the parties, unless the law imperatively prescribes otherwise.
