Shipping

All of our AROWONEN products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secured, tracked shipping method. For orders placed outside of the EU we recommend to contact our store.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.

AROWONEN only ships on business days (monday through friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on saturday and sunday will be administratively processed the following business day.

If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 3 working days.

In case your AROWONEN package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the AROWONEN products and their original outer packaging, and email us a picture of the damaged goods as soon as possible at webshop@arowonen.nl to notify us of the damage.
